As part of the FCM, students will participate in a practical 8-10 week outreach.  Travelling to an international location–including India–they will have opportunity to lead seminars, host family, couples or children’s workshops, counsel individuals, and reach out with the hope of Jesus Christ through preaching, teaching and evangelism.

Applicants for FCM will have successfully completed a Discipleship Training School (DTS).

The YWAM tradition of “community living” plays an important part in bringing the base together.  We recognize that relationships – with God and people – are very important, and each day begins with worship and/or intercession together as a group.  We live together, eat together, work together, share our lives, living spaces, and work duties for the benefit of the community. This allows each individual to grow in very practical ways as he or she walks out what it means to love and lay down their lives for others.  (It also helps to keep costs down!)  Room and board are included in your FCM training fees.

The total cost of FCM is $6495 USD plus the airfare from Lebanon, PA to the outreach location. Breaking that down, Lecture Phase costs $2995.  10-week Outreach Phase costs $3500 plus airfare. Included in these costs are lectures, local ministry and outreach expenses, housing and meals. A $40 non-refundable application fee is due with your application.

Additional costs include transportation to and from the school, extra immunizations, visa and/or passport costs, books, laundry, personal items or travel, spending money and tithes/offerings.
