In YWAM, staff positions are open to people who have completed a DTS or CDTS. If you are interested in a staff position, please download an application form and mail it to us.

We are currently looking for people to fill these staff positions:

  • DTS Leaders: Responsible to recruit students, line up speakers, and lead the DTS each fall. Other duties include leading the DTS outreach, organizing and leading summer mission outreaches, and pursuing speaking engagements throughout the year.
  • DTS Staff (male and female): Responsible to lead men’s and women’s small groups, and to perform other tasks as assigned.
  • CDTS Leaders: Responsible to recruit students, line up speakers, and lead the CDTS. Other duties include leading the CDTS outreach and pursuing speaking engagements throughout the year. Other administrative duties as assigned.
  • CDTS Staff (male and female): Responsible to lead men’s and women’s small groups, and to perform other tasks as assigned, such as childcare at times.
  • FCM Leaders: Responsible to recruit students, make arrangements for, and lead the Foundations of Counseling Ministry school,  plus other tasks as assigned.
  • Worship Leaders: Can be combined with other job descriptions.
  • Food Services: Responsible to assist with meal preparation, and other duties as assigned. Marketing, soliciting donations.
  • Evangelism: Working with local Lebanon city outreaches, such as prayer station and prison ministry.
  • Administration: Secretarial, answering phones, communication, scheduling, etc.
