Situated on 8 acres in the rolling farmland of south eastern Pennsylvania, our YWAM training center calls the town of Lebanon home. Our focus is on our training schools, as well as working with churches and organizations to evangelize and disciple the Pennsylvania region. We are always seeking to send out missionaries and pioneer ministry both locally and to the far reaches of the globe.
Lebanon itself is a town of roughly 25,000 people, two hours from Philadelphia, and one hour from the state capitol of Harrisburg. It is a great area to be in, with a number of fine churches. There is a rich Christian heritage in this area, and in some respects, we feel we are living on the prayers of the saints who have gone before us.
Our base training building can accommodate about 40 people, though our normal population during schools is 20 – 30. It’s a pretty comfortable facility and we’re not far from major shopping areas, churches, and other services. The food here is normally very good — if you’re not careful, it’s possible you might gain weight while you’re here! We are strong believers in community, and life at our training center reflects that. We have daily community gatherings for worship and prayer, before our classes begin for the day. There are fun times, and spaces for devotions, personal conversations, and sports/recreational activities.
We seek to help our students to grow in Christ, discover and develop their gifts, and know their calling in the Kingdom of God. We’d love to have you join us.
